Behavioral Technical Coding System Design Presentation

The interview process was for a position in Paris. It was very long: - one phone call with HR - one live technical test with one of the devs - one interview with one of the devs in there Paris office - one interview with one of the HR in the Paris office - one technical test to do at home (with several exercices inside) - review of the technical test with an architecte, plus architecture questions - final interview with one of the founder of the company I guess I did not perform well, since they never called me back after that.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Applied online and was contacted the next day to set up a phone call with the hiring manager. This call was a general screening about my experiences, motivations, the position, and why I wanted to join the company. I then advanced to a case study about Facebook advertising, which was fairly straightforward and leaned more towards creativity than complexity, depending on my familiarity with Facebook ads. A few days later, I was invited for an in-office interview with the head of operations. This 30-minute interview focused on my past experience, knowledge of the platform, advertising best practices, and strategic thinking. On the same day, I received an email to schedule a call with someone in operations who does the same job. This interview went okay, though I was surprised the person seemed unprepared and didn't have many questions for me, nor my resume or any info about me apparently, just asking very basic questions. A few days later, I got a standard rejection email. It was a bit disappointing given the multiple interviews. The people I spoke with were nice, the process was smooth, and the interviews were easy, concentrating on my ability to use the platform, which requires prior knowledge and experience.

Case Presentation

The whole process took forever! They first screened my resume and then gave me a case study. Then there was one interview, followed by another interview. Then they hit me with a Facebook ads campaign simulation case study. I heard nothing from them for ages and they couldn't even tell me when I'd get a response. In the end, I just got an email saying I didn't get the job, with zero feedback or explanation. They weren't even clear about the process itself. At one point they said it was over, then they threw in another case study. They said I'd hear back next week, but it took two weeks even after I followed up! It was a super painful experience that really put me off applying for any more jobs with them.

Behavioral Presentation

3 stages process: First, a presentation call where I described my background, aspirations, etc. Work4 presented their project and future ambitions. This call made me want to continue. Second, a meeting simulating a client meeting. This was the toughest part for me, but I was well-supported by the people present. They were more focused on my behavior and how I led the meeting than on getting every question right. Third, a final meeting for validation and general questions.
