I applied on June 10th and had a Spark interview on June 15th. It was a video interview where I had to record my answers to about five questions. Then, I got a call on June 29th to set up an interview for July 1st. The next day, July 2nd, I was contacted about a follow-up interview with the boss of the interviewer from the previous stage. This was initially set for July 5th but got moved to July 6th because a meeting ran late. They offered me the job on July 8th, with a start date of July 26th, once the background check and drug test were done.

I applied for this job through a college job board and got contacted immediately for an interview. When I got there, the interviewers didn't seem that interested and didn't ask me any questions. I knew I wasn't fully qualified but I thought they were interested since they invited me. They asked about my start date and mentioned they're really desperate for people, but I didn't get an offer. I also felt way overdressed since many people were in jeans and polos.

The technical screen was really in-depth. Two interviewers grilled me on everything until I couldn't take it anymore. They asked about database design, how I wrote stored procedures, HTML, jQuery, and session variables. They were especially interested in ORM and EF. They also went super deep into OOP, deeper than anyone ever has before. That's when I finally gave up.
