I went through a selection process for a night porter position in Mogi Guaçu. I passed the interviews, submitted documents, had a medical exam, and even received an admission notification on my digital ID card. However, the company scheduled the integration in another city, and due to financial reasons, I couldn't confirm my attendance. Despite clear explanations from my side and attempts to resolve it, I waited for days and in the end, they said the position was given to another candidate, as if I hadn't done anything. A total lack of communication and respect for someone who dedicated time, underwent an exam, and was ready to start the job. Lamentable.

It was a quick, informal chat. I waited about an hour to be called, and I was the first one. The place was different, I'd never seen a company inside a house before, but it was still organized and safe. There were few employees and many young apprentices.

It was a good interview experience! My questions were answered and the company was attentive. The interview process was easy and accessible. All recruiters were very attentive and ready to answer my questions. Unfortunately, I didn't accept the offer because it wasn't accessible for me at the moment, but I have no complaints about the company.
