Feasibility Specialist
The interview process involved a one-on-one interview followed by a group interview, all conducted via Zoom. The interviewers were pleasant and approachable, and they did a good job explaining the role.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Clinical Research Coordinator
It was super straightforward. The interview was conducted remotely and covered the usual interview topics. It was mainly about discussing the processes and checking if you're capable of managing them. If it all works out, HR will get in touch with a job offer.
- Could you tell me about your GCP and CRC-related experience?
- Can you answer some typical interview questions?
- Please describe your processes related to clinical research coordination.
Digital Marketing Specialist
The process started with a phone call, then an in-person meeting, and then a live session. We toured the site and different departments, and I met with team members. After that, they gave me an offer letter. Once I accepted, we set a start date. Upon starting, there was onboarding and training before I began my actual work.
- Can you discuss your previous experience?
- What is your educational history?
- What are your thoughts on salary expectations?
Rater
The hiring process was a bit more involved than usual because they recently had to let go of a whole team. As a result, they've been setting up interviews with various staff members. There's a high turnover rate, so they're making the interviews more thorough to address this. Principal investigators, who are very knowledgeable, will be a part of the hiring process.
- Can you describe your experience with schizophrenia and its pharmacological treatment?
