I applied online and then had a phone screening a few days later where they mainly just described the job. After that, I had a Skype interview that was more focused on my background and projects, not really technical. Then they invited me for an on-site interview. This was totally technical; I met with two architects from the team. They were really interested in some things I had on my resume from about a year ago. They wanted me to explain some of that in detail, but since it was a while ago and I wasn't ready because I didn't expect them to focus on it, I messed up. After talking about my background, we moved to the whiteboard. The architects were pretty cold and didn't seem very enthusiastic, which made it a bit intimidating and brought the mood down. It wasn't a great interview for me, so I didn't get an offer as I figured.

Technical Technical

I applied online and was contacted by an HR representative for a phone screening. They discussed the role and asked basic questions about relocation and salary expectations. Following this, a technical interview was scheduled via Skype, which involved questions on Python file handling and a discrete math puzzle. After a three-week wait, a second technical interview was scheduled on Skype. This interview focused on my past projects. The response time after the second interview was very poor; they took a month to respond, and only after I followed up a second time. Ultimately, I received an email stating they were not hiring at the moment.

First there was a phone interview and then a Skype interview. Both were to check my interest and get to know me a bit more about my past experience. Then they brought me in for an on-site interview. The interviewers were a little late, about 10 minutes, and one of them was really pushy.
