it was pretty quick and easy. nothing out of the ordinary and no hardball questions. seems like they were mostly doing a personality check which makes sense since they said they would provide all training.

It was a great interview experience here and a wonderful place to interview. They were so majestic and showed so much care about my growth! I highly recommend interviewing here for the experience and for the managers insight and so forth.

It was a quick and conversational process. I had two interviews to get through, one with the Sales Manager and another with the Director of Sales. They seemed to care more about how confident you sounded when answering questions and how well you delivered your answers. Something they emphasized was that they'd rather hire someone with a good attitude and a desire to learn over someone with existing skills, because they believe skills can be taught but attitude cannot.

I interviewed for Seek Capital. It was an HR round. I felt that it went well but I guess they found a more potential candidate for the job. I never heard back them since the 1st round. I don't mind not getting through to the next round but I expected some sort of communication from their side mentioning that I haven't qualified for the next round. I was told by the recruiter that they wouldn't keep me waiting and would let me know regarding their decision as soon as possible and yet I haven't heard back from them.
