I had my first interview with HR and then another with the store manager. It was going well and felt smooth. The manager said they'd let me know next steps, but I never heard back from HR. They didn't even reply to my email. It would be better if they were honest and just said they moved on with someone else, instead of leaving you with false hope. The interview was mainly a conversation and vibe check.

I applied online and then got a call a few days later for an interview. I went to the store and it was a pretty casual and nice interview. A few days later, I was asked to meet the district manager, which I thought went well too. Then, I didn't hear anything back, so I called and left a message but still no response. It was frustrating to be told they really liked me and then get no answer.
