First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sedona Technologies.
Project Manager
We had a phone chat first, where they went over my resume. We talked about where the clients might be and what they'd expect (they didn't say who the client was until later though). We also covered what to wear, working hours, the job location, the skills needed, and references. They also gave me info on benefits. The second chat was at a coffee shop with an account manager. They gave me a quick rundown of the client's needs and the job itself. We discussed the duties, the work environment, and any potential challenges. I was asked to share examples from my past where I handled similar situations. The third interaction was the job offer, where we agreed on pay, and the start date was set, pending a drug test and filling out employment paperwork.
- Describe your experience managing a team that spanned multiple locations, time zones, and countries to ensure effective collaboration.
IT Project Manager
I connected with a recruiter who was great and kept me informed throughout the whole thing. After about two months, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. They hired me and I started about two weeks after that.
- Can you tell me about how you manage a project?
Technical Support Lead
I applied for an I.T. job and heard back from a Sedona Technologies rep quickly. They asked me mostly about my Networking background. The interviewer was nice and sent my resume on to get an offer ready.
- Can you describe your previous experience with Networking?
Installer
Had a phone interview and then an online assessment, didn't have any in-person interviews.
- Can you describe a situation where you encountered an unexpected computer problem and detail the steps you took to resolve it?
