We had a phone chat first, where they went over my resume. We talked about where the clients might be and what they'd expect (they didn't say who the client was until later though). We also covered what to wear, working hours, the job location, the skills needed, and references. They also gave me info on benefits. The second chat was at a coffee shop with an account manager. They gave me a quick rundown of the client's needs and the job itself. We discussed the duties, the work environment, and any potential challenges. I was asked to share examples from my past where I handled similar situations. The third interaction was the job offer, where we agreed on pay, and the start date was set, pending a drug test and filling out employment paperwork.
