First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sedera Health.
DevOps Engineer
Applied online and the whole thing took about two weeks. It started with HR, then the hiring manager, and after that, two panel interviews. One panel was for soft skills, and the other was technical. Everyone was nice and answered my questions.
- Pick a number from 1 to 100 and tell me how you arrived at your choice.
Project Manager
The interview was spread across multiple days and included meetings with various PM team members and the leadership team. It felt fair and really thorough. First, I had to get through the Technology group, and then I moved on to talk with different department heads, covering most of the leadership team.
- Can you describe your understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)?
- What experience do you have with custom Salesforce implementations?
Graphic Designer
The interview process started with a 30-minute phone screening, which was pretty standard. Following that, I had a 30-minute video call for a 1:1 interview. The interviewer was late, asked me 3 questions, and then talked for 20 minutes straight. Right at the end of the 30 minutes, they asked me to review my portfolio, which ended up extending the interview by another 20 minutes. I was then told I'd get a project that day with a 24-hour turnaround, but they didn't send it. The next day, I got an NDA. After I sent it back, they said they'd send project details that day, but they didn't. I followed up at the end of the week and got an email saying they chose another candidate. It was a really disorganized and unpleasant experience, especially from the second interview onwards.
- What are your thoughts on what your day-to-day responsibilities would be in this position?
- Please summarize yourself in three words, and then provide more detail on one of those words.
Sales Representative
So the interview process involved a presentation about a product. There were about 2-3 interviews total. One of them was with a big group of reps and executives, and you really had to own the room. The whole thing took about 3-6 months, partly because there was a hiring freeze going on.
- What are your thoughts on the product?
- Can you tell me about your experience in sales?
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
