The interview process was quite long. Initially, I felt a good connection with the interviewer. Later on, I had the chance to meet the marketing team. My first impression was that everyone was very young, and I felt really judged. Each person took turns asking questions. It got to one person's turn, and they said, "Oh, I didn't know we had to prepare questions"... and then they just sat there. I guess that didn't leave a great impression since I had spent about a month preparing and dedicated a lot of time to it. The recruiter ended up selecting someone else after the third interview.

Behavioral Case

The interview was in person with two interviewers. They explained the job description really well. I asked a lot of questions, and their vibe seemed to change a bit when I brought up salary. They really pushed the commission potential and my sales background, but in the end, they admitted the base pay wasn't very strong.

Applied online after a sibling referred me. Had a phone interview where they asked about my past work experience and how it related to the role. They also inquired about my college plans to assess longevity and asked about my greatest strength and weakness. It felt like a pretty standard interview.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The process started with a phone interview where they asked some basic questions like what makes you stand out. Then there was a round where I had to do a mock web application penetration test. It was scenario based and I had to complete 3 scenarios and find as many vulnerabilities as possible. The interesting part was that manual testing yielded more points than using automated tools.
