Interview for a server position. The interview was pretty easy and the people who worked there seemed really nice and would be a joy to work with. I got the job offer but the salary was way too low, basically paid the same as a help desk job. When I told them I needed a lot more than that to accept, they came back with $1000 a year more and a reminder that they have a matching 401K. I declined the offer. Note to company: if your big seller is we have a 401K while paying close to a help desk salary for a server admin, good luck finding good quality employees.

Interview had a few levels with supervisors. HR did a background check, really strict on criteria and wouldn't talk about anything already resolved on the report concerning credit. Then they just stopped responding.

The interview process went smoothly and was quite easy. I was surprised to find myself interviewed by three managers simultaneously: the CFO, the Controller, and the Assistant Controller.
