They are looking for many people and ask few questions. They want to see if you are proactive and resilient. They'll ask about your experience, how you handle frustration, if you've worked towards goals, and your future aspirations.

It was a group interview where they asked simple questions about you. The most important thing is to show your enthusiasm and if you are empathetic, even better. They are looking for people who are good at dealing with others and know how to use a computer.

The interviewer logged in 10 minutes late, which was a bad start. They asked me questions they'd already covered on the phone a few days prior, showing they weren't organized. The questions didn't really connect, and some seemed off for the role. They said I'd get feedback in the coming days, but after emailing them multiple times, I still haven't heard back. It feels unprofessional and like they don't care about candidates. I wouldn't recommend this company if this is how they handle hiring.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was quite boring and not personal at all. Basically, the interview consisted of entering a platform where questions appeared, and you had to answer by recording yourself (max. 1 min or 1 minute and a half depending on the question). That is, the interview is done in front of a camera and the questions are asked by a bot.
