I received a written rejection afterwards. My application documents were destroyed along with the expensive police clearance certificate, instead of sending it back to me. I was informed about this, but I immediately objected.

It was a very brief process. First, they asked some general questions about my personality. Then they asked about my motivation. No knowledge-based questions were asked.
