The whole hiring thing went by super fast, like super well-organized and all that. It only took about two weeks from the first message I got about the job until they gave me an offer. There were three interviews: one with the recruiter, then the manager, and finally the CEO.

The interview process was pretty chill and easy to follow. I got to ask all my questions and learn about the company's plans through different talks. During the chat with the Hiring Manager, we discussed some situational questions that helped confirm we were a good fit skill-wise. Talking to the CEO got me super hyped about their business model. By the end, I was totally sold. I really feel like they care about my career growth.
- Can you share an instance from your past experience... and how would you approach a client scenario involving X?
- Describe how you would manage a situation where a client presents with an issue related to X.

The process was quick, friendly and thorough. I had been following the CEO on LinkedIn and knew we were already aligned in many ways. My conversation with the recruiter was great; in a candidate-driven market, she did an amazing job describing to me what the goals of the company are and how we would be supported as we worked toward the goals. During my conversation with the hiring manager, I felt at ease knowing what was expected and how my success would be measured -- that is so important to me. We were able to speak candidly about the challenges recruiters face and she acknowledged those pain points and assured me that she'd be there to offer support in whatever ways I needed. When I spoke to the CEO, he was all about telling me the perks of working for SecureVision. One thing that stood out to me was he set a goal that every new onboarded employee would have a better onboarding experience than the last. He takes extreme pride in listening to his employees and supplying what they need to be successful professionally and happy and healthy personally. The whole process took 2 weeks.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Can you talk about the metrics for this role, the function of the role, and how you influence others?
- Do you align with SecureVision's values and vision?
