Customer Success Manager
The interview process was very long and tiring. In week 4, they made me do a case presentation even though I had to fit it around my work schedule. After an hour of presenting and 3 hours of slide prep and product studying, they told me I wasn't enthusiastic enough.
- How would you handle a client who isn't responding?
- Did you seem enthusiastic enough during your presentation?
Customer Success Manager
It was a really long and drawn-out process, but honestly, I liked a lot of the stages because they gave me a good feel for the company culture and the people. The steps included: a recruiter phone screen, a 45-minute behavioral interview with the hiring manager, a take-home assignment, a presentation of that assignment, a deep dive into my resume, a virtual onsite, and finally a 45-minute chat with a C-level exec. I generally had a positive experience with the interview itself, but I really need to warn people. They told me the salary upfront on the first call with the recruiter, and then two hiring managers confirmed it. But when they made the offer, it was a shocking 30% less than what I was initially told. So, if you go through this, make sure you get the promised compensation in writing before the final offer. It's not cool to spend a month and go through 7 rounds of interviews only to get an offer that's way lower than my current salary and less than what I was led to believe. I wouldn't have even taken a second call if I knew this would be the outcome. It's pretty unsettling, especially since everyone seemed so genuine. It was also super frustrating that they talked to all my references before revealing the salary cut. I turned down the offer because you need to know your worth!

The interview process was great! The recruiter was very personal and easy to talk to. They did a great job explaining the steps involved. It seems like a great place to work if you want a startup environment.
- What is your familiarity with compliance regulations?
