Had 2 quick interviews with the State BDM and GM. They were very direct and honest conversations. No tricky questions, just straightforward inquiries about the role and my suitability for it.

It was ghosted! The first interview was with a manager, apparently to decide cultural fit and she decided who progressed. I couldn't get answers about the role, was told if I was successful the next interview could answer them. I never heard anything after the interview, even when emailing the TA for an update and feedback.

The interview process was quite structured, with about 6 to 7 rounds. There was a theoretical MCQ test, which felt like a college exam. The company doesn't have a dedicated IT team yet, and the projects involved maintenance and upgrades. One round required an office visit. I had to keep following up with HR for status updates. After the final round, I was informed I wasn't shortlisted, despite receiving positive feedback. The entire process took over a month. The management and HR need to improve their processes.
