We had three rounds. First was a face-to-face technical round. Second was a face-to-face with the hiring manager. The third and final round was with HR. Clearing all rounds is straightforward if you have a good grasp of any one programming language and OOP concepts.

The interview process was very professional and quick. They asked basic programming questions and structured the interview around how I would best work on the current team. It was a good mix of technical and HR questions. The interview team was a mix of in-person and remote.

I applied about a week ago and then got an email for a phone interview with three people: a developer, someone from HR, and the head of IT. The phone interview was pretty casual; they asked about my background and explained the role. They then set up a second, on-site interview for the following week. The on-site interview was split into two 45-minute parts. Everyone I met was really approachable and friendly. They asked some STAR questions, but it was mostly a casual conversation.
