First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sectigo.
Talent Acquisition Manager
The interview process was pretty thorough and I got to meet a lot of people. It started with an initial reach out to see if I was interested and available. Then, I had my first interview with my current manager and the CHRO, where we talked about my past work, my interest in Sectigo, and salary expectations. They also gave me more details about the job they needed to fill. My second interview was with the Executive whose team I'd mainly be working with. We discussed my background, my recruiting approach, the skills I have, and challenges in recruiting. The third interview was with the People & Talent Team to make sure we'd be a good fit for each other. Finally, they made an offer.

Technical Support Engineer
It was a pretty standard interview process with three stages. First, there was a call with HR, then a technical interview with a manager and a team lead, and the last one was with a director. They were a bit slow getting back to me between steps, but all the interviewers were really nice and positive.
- Can you tell me about your experience with PKI?
- What technical knowledge do you have regarding Linux servers?
- Describe your understanding of web-services.
Senior Technical Lead
The interview process was straightforward. I needed to get familiar with the company and its certification procedures. Understanding web development and server concepts was also key. The majority of the questions focused on the functions and applications of certificates.
- Can you describe the functions and uses of certificates?
Web Security Analyst
The hiring process was pretty fast and went off without a hitch. I heard back within a few days of applying. The people I talked to were nice and made me feel at ease. They asked some really good questions and seemed to actually care about my background and what I can do. The vibe during the interview was really positive and encouraging. It felt more like chatting than a formal interview, which was cool because I could just be myself. The whole experience was great.
- How would you go about engaging with a new client or customer?
