I sent my resume online and got an email asking for good times for a phone interview. They called and it was about a 30-minute phone interview where they asked me questions from my resume. The person on the phone was nice and it went well. I'd suggest researching the company more than I did. Then came the face-to-face interview. The tricky part was questions about cold calling businesses; I'd never had to do that, and my answers weren't great. I didn't move to the next stage.

It was an on-campus hiring event. I had a 1-on-1 interview right there on campus. It lasted about 30 to 40 minutes and they asked me 2 questions in total. One was an easy probability question, but I can't recall the exact details, and the other was an estimation problem asking to figure out how many gas stations there are in the US.
