Behavioral Technical Group
You'll first do an application, then a phone interview where they'll ask about your background and why you're interested in wilderness therapy, outdoor skills, and working with kids. You can ask them questions too. If that goes well, you move to an in-field interview/training. This is a tough part physically and emotionally, as the company focuses on therapy and you'll explore your own issues. You'll hike, make fire, set up camp, and learn Leave No Trace principles and shelter building. The physical challenges are part of it, but they'll support you, and you don't need prior experience, just a willingness to learn. You can leave the in-field part if it's not for you. A job offer is made at the end of this, and you're paid for it as it's the start of your training.
