The interview process with 2F was super smooth and fast. It started with a great chat with Em, a recruiter at 2F. Em was awesome – she was clear, got back to me fast, and was really supportive the whole way. Right from the start, she explained what to expect and followed up quickly after every step, keeping me totally in the loop. Her honesty and effort really made a difference and set a good vibe for the rest of it. Only two days after talking to Em, I had two more interviews – one with the VP of Security and another with some of the IT team. We talked about my background in automation development and how it fit what they were looking for. I talked about my old projects, the tough parts, and how I figured things out. Overall, because Em communicated so well and was so helpful, the whole thing was one of the best interview experiences I've had. It gave me a really good feeling about the company's professionalism and how they operate.

Honestly, it was the best interview and onboarding process I've ever had. They communicated everything clearly and followed up well. Totally thorough from start to finish.

This was a very chill interview experience. The whole thing took a bit longer than it should have, but the people I met were cool to chat with and the questions weren't too hard. I didn't get any good feedback on why I didn't make it to the next step.

The hiring process was pretty fast and the recruiter was communicative and helpful. Everyone I met was nice. I went through several rounds that lasted between 30 minutes to an hour each. After that, they stopped responding.
