The entire process was conducted virtually, beginning with a phone screen by Talent Acquisition, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Next, there was a panel interview lasting approximately two hours, and concluding with a final interview with HR. An offer was extended the same day. The entire process was very efficient.

It started with an HR call, then a week later I met the hiring manager and VP. Got the offer the next week. It was a really fast process.

This was a pretty quick process. Be ready to do a small role play, but this is pretty standard. Typically took two days back to back to go through the whole process.

Applied online and had a phone interview. Then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. The whole thing was super unprofessional.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The most unprofessional part of the process was the actual in person interview. I was told to meet at a nice hotel for my in person interview. I was told to wait in the lobby and I would be escorted to the “meeting room”. The meeting room was a hotel room. Not a conference room. Not a meeting room. A hotel room. For a man to greet a female and take her to a hotel room with 2 additional male employees for an interview seemed extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The meeting itself was of course professional - but the fact that the company and their HR think hotel room interviews is normal seems shocking to me. There were plenty of unused spaces in the hotel lobby - or restaurant - which wouldn’t have seemed so unprofessional. They did not call me back for an additional interview the following day - but I would not have gone even if they did.
