I applied online and filled out some forms. The interview process was basic and went by quickly. After that, I got to ask them questions about the job. It was pretty simple overall. The application itself was a bit longer than I wanted, but the rest was easy. There was just one interview call, and it wasn't too formal, more like a chat with the main lead.

Had 3 interviews for the Cafe Manager role. They used industry-standard scripted questions, which I believe are similar to what Starbucks uses. Communicated via email and phone with the district manager. The final interview was a hiring meeting with the district manager and franchise owner where we discussed salary, bonus structure, and other compensation details. While the communications seemed scripted, they felt natural.

The interview process wasn't very organized. The guard is the first person you interact with when you arrive at their office. There were many other applicants there for interviews too, and the guard was quite rude. It's unusual for the guard to be the one assisting applicants, and even more so for them to decide who gets interviewed first. My interview was scheduled for 11 am, but I wasn't called in until 12 nn. The actual interview took only 15 minutes, not including the time the interviewer spent talking on her cellphone to relatives. After the short interview, she mentioned scheduling an interview with the CFO for the following week. I suspect she wanted to take her lunch break, as it was quite obvious. I saw her when I first arrived but didn't realize she was the interviewer.
