It was a conversation. Managers were very communicative and asked about my experience, how I would deal with difficult scenarios and customers. They also asked if I was comfortable with parts of the job like euthanasia and animal surrenders.

The first interview was a phone call where they asked standard character questions and about Euthanasia. After that, I had a second interview which involved shadowing and a sit-down with the direct managers. They said I'd hear back the following week, but I never got any word from the managers or HR, even after I followed up.
