It was a pretty involved interview process, with several panel interviews, some informal meet and greets, and a practical swimming and dive test. I thought it went well, and the way the team interacted during the meet and greets seemed to be a pretty big factor in their decision.

I had a 30-minute screening call with the HR person, and it went great. I felt like I answered everything well, and they said I'd be moving on to the next stage and to watch my email for an invite within 24 hours. But then, nothing happened for days, and then weeks. It's really disrespectful to ghost candidates after saying they're advancing.

This process had two parts: a phone screen and then an in-person interview. The phone screen was super chill, no tech questions, just a casual chat to get a feel for your background and what you're after. The in-person was a panel interview with 4 people, supposed to be 5 but one couldn't make it. They told me upfront that there were a TON of applicants, like over a hundred, narrowed down to 10 for phone screens, and then 3 of us for the in-person, which felt pretty good going in. But, it didn't end up working out.

This was a really well-organized and professional interview process. They communicated really well and on time, and were flexible with my schedule and needs. Everyone I talked to was nice and professional, and treated me like a human being, not just a number or an annoyance. It was a different experience compared to others where you feel like just another applicant.
