Eric was super nice and friendly, very open to hearing ideas. The interview process was really simple and they got back to me quickly after. The second interview with the other HR Advisors was also really good.

I was interviewed by two members from Seaside Sustainability. The first interviewer left a few minutes into the session, which felt unprofessional and like my time was being wasted. The second interviewer's screen then froze while she was describing the role, right after the first person logged off. She continued speaking even when I mentioned I couldn't see her or hear her properly, suggesting she either didn't hear me or ignored me. I'm sure the connectivity issue wasn't on my end, as I have the top-tier internet plan and was using an Ethernet cable. The interview was on Google Meets, and perhaps their platform is unreliable; I've had no problems with Zoom or Skype in the past. If Seaside is reading this, consider a more dependable virtual communication service.
