Internal Recruiter
I had an initial chat with a consultant who said they'd send my resume to companies. Weeks later, I got prescreen questions via email. I followed up a week later, but heard nothing. About a month went by with still no response. Then, out of nowhere, they emailed more screening questions for a different company. I followed up again after a few days, and still nothing. This company seems like a waste of time, possibly just trying to get business by sending out resumes without real opportunities.

- What kind of recruiting experience do you have?
Intern
It was a very fair process with very relevant questions for the position I would hold. The interviewers also knew how to reassure me so that I could give my best during the selection process.
- What was your previous experience
Recruiter
I applied for a recruiter role I saw on job boards and a recruiter reached out the next day, saying she saw my LI profile and was impressed. She was professional at first, but things escalated. She started asking typical recruiting questions. One question she didn't like how I answered, she cut me off and got agitated and rude. She then said big companies want people with more experience and hung up on me. It was completely unprofessional and I can't imagine someone from this company would speak to candidates like that.
- Can you explain how you use boolean searches?
Internal Recruiter
I had two initial interviews, one with the Recruiting Manager, Talise and one with Miranda, VP. I had spoken with Talise a few months back, but they had already filled the internal role. She remembered me and our great conversation and called me when they decided to expand the internal team! My last interview was with Leslie, the CEO. It was a quick interview and definitely was great to speak 1-1 with the CEO and I liked that she took the time to do so.
- Can you describe your previous recruiting roles?
- What was the requisition volume in your previous positions?
