First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Seara Alimentos.
Sales Representative
Starts with HR, then supervisor and manager, and finally they give you the answer. It's a bit disorganized regarding feedback; they take days to respond, and WhatsApp messages are almost never answered. They should be more dynamic in this part.
- What is the reason for leaving your previous companies?
- And why do you want to work at Seaea?
Laboratory Analyst
Had an online interview with the quality coordinator and the HR person. We talked about laboratory routines, my previous experiences, and my availability to work outside of the shift I'd be hired for.
- Would you be available to occasionally work outside your scheduled shift?
Supervisor
I had an online interview with HR, then an online interview with the Coordinator, and finally a face-to-face interview with the Sector Manager. The questions are very simple, the kind I'm used to asking, but at the moment it gives a feeling of fear.
- Tell me about a successful case.
External Sales Representative
The process is rigorous, done in 3 stages. First, an interview with HR, then an interview with the superiors for the position you're applying for. If you pass, there's a committee Q&A. The whole process takes about two weeks. Be objective in your answers, don't embellish your achievements too much.
- Which company value do you identify with the most?
- Which company value do you need to improve?
