First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SeaQuest.
Continuous Improvement Coordinator
We had a few phone chats, and then I went for a site visit before they made an offer. First, I talked to the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and after that, the site manager. The recruiter kept in touch with me throughout the whole thing.
- Can you explain the steps of 5S?
Animal Husbandry
The interview process was aggressive, but they couldn't share details until I was hired. They were very secretive and wanted me to sign an NDA to keep their secrets from getting out. It sounded odd.
- Can you describe your experience with animals?
Marine Husbandry
It was a quick and personable interview process. They asked a lot of questions about me. It ended up being two interviews. They showed me some things I would have to do to see if it would interest me.
- Are you able to swim?
- What is your customer service like?
Guest Services Manager
The interview is pretty straightforward, with a few important questions about animal care and customer service. Remember, this is a sales role, so numbers and KPIs are going to be super important.
- Can you describe how you handle unhappy guests?
