The interview went super smooth, professional, and in a nice way. They are very organized and willing to offer help to their potential employees. During the first interview, they noticed I was a better fit for a different position that would benefit my studies, so they scheduled another interview for that other position right away.

I found the job on indeed.com. The initial job description was for Foster Care, but I was still in undergrad. I emailed HR to ask about reapplying after graduation. I submitted my resume again in May, and was then offered a position for General Preventive. I was invited for an in-person interview that lasted about 40-45 minutes with the COO. I received the job offer two days after the interview.

Had an initial interview. Spoke to two directors who would be my bosses. They were very nice and asked great questions. It went well and within the next two days I was offered the position.
