Account Executive
I just had the exact same experience as the Jan. 23rd poster illustrated: a recruiter sent me a calendar invite to discuss the position by phone for 30 mins at 10:30 am today. I prepped for the meeting, waited for a call that never came and got No response when I replied back to the original email, asking if we were still meeting today. For this to have happened twice in less than two months to two different candidates says this is apparently how they operate. My advice: STAY AWAY.

Infrared Thermography Technician
Everyone you speak with is very jovial and upbeat. That speaks volumes about the culture of a company. The people that you are interviewing with are clearly business professionals that are easy to speak with and clearly the making of an intelligent management group. The process is nonsense yet by no means overbearing. The Talent Acquisition Team is definitely dedicated to finding quality people to add to their already successful culture and thriving business team. Before you even start your first day at SEAM Group you feel like you have become part of their growing family.
- Can you share some information about yourself and your background?
Reliability Engineer
I had multiple phone interviews with several managers and HR people. It went pretty smoothly overall, but there seemed to be some internal communication issues. Even though I accepted the offer, they rescinded it without giving a good reason, which just shows how disorganized things are there.
- Can you share examples of your experience and the methods you used, and explain the outcomes?
HR Specialist
The interview process was quick and efficient. They were very accommodating with scheduling. I ended up accepting a job offer after this, and I'm really pleased with my decision.
