The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a screening to check my knowledge and past experience with cloud infrastructure. After that, I had a conversational interview with upper management to see if I was a good fit for the team.

It was a good experience overall. The process had 3 video interviews. First, I talked with HR and the Support Team Managers. They told me a lot about the job and asked about my past work and general stuff about me. Then, I had an interview with the Team Managers where they tested my technical skills by having me do a mock support call. They gave me study materials beforehand. The last interview was with HR, Support Team Managers, and some team members. We got to know each other better, and I could ask any remaining questions before they made a decision. Everyone was really professional but also friendly. They made sure I understood the company culture, team dynamics, and the role, leaving me with a good impression.

Went through 3 of the 4 interviews. The first was with the technical recruiter who just explained the process. The second was a chat with the boss. The third was a technical interview with two people. They asked questions that someone familiar with the field would know, nothing too difficult. It seems they are looking for someone with more experience in their current infrastructure. But overall, the interview process was good, can't complain about how they handled things.

It was a 3 step process. First, I had a telephone call with an HR rep that lasted 30 minutes. Then, there was a second video call with the CS director and an HR rep for about 30-45 minutes. Finally, the third step was a group interview via video call with the team, the CS director, and an HR rep, which lasted between 30 and 60 minutes.
