The interview process felt very professional and like they respected me. It started with a phone screening, then a video chat with HR, followed by a seminar presentation, and finally one-on-one interviews with the hiring team. This included talking to both junior and senior scientists and managers. The interviewers asked good questions that really tested my scientific knowledge and how well I can work with others. They looked at my qualifications from different angles, and I felt like they assessed me fairly and treated me with respect the whole time. All in all, it was a good experience where I could show off my skills and also learn about the company's vibe and the team.

It was a pretty thorough interview process, spanning about a day and a half. There were one-on-one chats with different team members, and also I had to give an oral presentation and answer questions from the whole group. Everything was organized and ran really smoothly.

Got contacted by a recruiter, did the phone interview, that was good. Then the hiring manager interview, which also went well. After that, there was a panel interview with 7 people, each interview was 30 min long via video call, and that also went well. But then, no response, no offer. Three weeks later, the recruiter told me they went with another candidate, no feedback whatsoever. It felt like a complete waste of my time, I still don't get why they even bothered interviewing me, it made no sense. Now I've lost interest in the company.
