It was a very long and tough process. Started with a call from HR, then a chat with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview with seven different people. All of it was done over Zoom. Some of the interviewers seemed to be just going through the motions and weren't really engaged, asking questions that didn't seem relevant.

Behavioral

I applied and a recruiter did reference checks and then set up an interview with the hiring manager. They knew about my career gap from my resume from the start. After the hiring manager phone screened me and I had a 3-hour interview with 6 employees, they rejected me for 'experience not recent'. It felt like they wasted my time because they already knew this information long BEFORE multiple rounds of interviews. So unprofessional.

First, there were two phone screenings, one of which was with the hiring manager. Then, I had a seven-person panel interview. Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable. They answered my questions openly.
