Systems Administrator
The hiring process was really fast. I applied and heard from the hiring manager the next day, with an interview scheduled within two days. The interview itself didn't have many technical questions, mostly focusing on my past experience and my Navy background in relation to the role. I was offered the job on the spot. They've been helping me with my military separation to ensure a smooth transition to work and continuous income. It seems like they really care about their employees, as they're also assisting with medical coverage until their plan starts.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- How does your Navy experience relate to the requirements of this position?
Operations Intern
It was a laid-back chat with the employer, felt like talking to a friend. Started with me introducing myself and my career goals, and ended with them asking if I had any questions about the job, the company, or the salary.
- How do you know Seacorp group?
- Why did you apply for this job at Seacorp group?
- How are your English skills and other skills on your CV?
Aviation Radar Technician
The interview process was really well-organized with good managers. They asked relevant questions for the job without any unnecessary stuff and were professional throughout. They were also really nice and worked with my unusual schedule so I could even do the interview.
- Could you tell me the frequency range for the VHF low band?
Financial Analyst
It was a horrible experience. The manager kept saying he wanted to hire me right away and that I was a perfect fit. But then, two weeks later, I found out I didn't get the job and wasn't even his second choice. Really unprofessional, I wouldn't suggest it.
- What makes you want to join this company?
