The interview was online and not too long, with a kind and nice atmosphere. They asked a few questions about me and my experience. I had a nice experience overall. You should have previous experience in a hotel and be ready to explain why you chose Seabourn.

The interview process was mostly online. It started with an online IQ test, followed by a Skype interview and screening. I got all the embarkation details three days after the interview. The process was very quick, and they told me right away if I was a good fit for the job. The working conditions are bad, with horrible food and management. There's a lot of mobbing, stress, and long hours, so no time for meals. On embarkation day, you can only eat after 5 pm.
