First, you have to fill out an online questionnaire, then you get a call and an appointment is made for a video conference via Microsoft Teams, which serves as information. After you have done that, you have to fill out about 4 more forms and then you can do the interview, which also takes place via Teams.

Very good interview. Explained tasks and virtual situations. Recruiters made a real effort to give a realistic picture of the work environment. Coffee, water, and cookies were provided, and the atmosphere was very nice. A very good interview. The salary negotiation was also very honest and good.
