Actuarial Analyst
The interview process spanned two days. Initially, candidates had to pass an aptitude test and a subject test to advance. Following that, there was a presentation about the company and its business operations. A group discussion was then held for further shortlisting, culminating in a personal interview and the final selection.
- Are you proficient with Excel and can you answer questions related to it?
- Do you have knowledge of basic insurance principles?
- Can you answer foundational questions in actuarial science?
Business Systems Analyst
For this IT job, the hiring process was pretty difficult. You go through different types of panel interviews and with different departments (most of the time, with current associates and mid-level employees). If all departments agree that you're a good fit, they'll call you back for a second formal interview, usually with management. Potentially, an offer will follow up the next month.
- What kind of work environment do you prefer?
- How would you apply skills from your previous role to this one?
- Could you describe any recent projects where you utilized "XYZ skill"?
Associate Product Manager
My resume was shortlisted via LinkedIn. There were three rounds. They forgot about me after the three rounds I had an interview with them. No communication after the final round. I had to ask every time from HR about the final review. The job is not only required to set up the interview calls.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What is your background experience?
- Tell me about a product-based question.
Manager
The hiring process started with a recruiter from an agency. The interviews were conducted via phone, video, and in person. It was a well-organized process with open communication. Each interview lasted about an hour and started on time. The interviewers were knowledgeable experts, and I found the discussions engaging.
- What are your career aspirations for the next three years?
- Could you describe your past experiences and highlight instances where you've positively influenced clients?
