It was a smooth and professional interview process. The first interviewer screened me and then passed me on to another interviewer. The interview was conducted over Teams and lasted about an hour. They asked some insightful and value-based questions. Overall, it was a really good experience, a 10/10 interview.

We start with a phone screen with the recruiter, then have a virtual interview, followed by an onsite interview and a practical application. You'll also get a tour of the facility and meet people around the lab. After the phone screen, the interviews will be team-based.

So the interview process was messy. I was initially told I'd hear back, but never did. I had to call for an update and was informed they weren't moving forward with me. Then, I unexpectedly got a call back for a leadership role interview. After that, they called again to say they didn't want to offer me the leadership position but would offer me the original role I applied for, just on a different shift. Throughout this whole thing, they kept calling me by the wrong name. Honestly, they seemed really disorganized and clueless.

First, there was an initial meeting. Then, a vetting process happened. Finally, negotiations were done with someone who wasn't the final decision-maker and didn't have budget authority.
