Recruiter
This was my first in-house recruitment job, and it was an interesting change from my previous headhunter role. We had a casual coffee chat during lunch. It was a great conversation and a very nice experience for me, as I'd only experienced standard interviews before. I felt like I got a good sense of the company's actual work environment during this interview.
- What would you aim to achieve if you joined our team?
Trainee
The test is difficult, not because of the subject matter, but because the format is unfamiliar. I don't think it's a good way to assess candidates' abilities. If you apply for two positions, you can only take the test once.
- Tell me about your personality and logic skills.
- How do you approach logical thinking under time pressure?
Software Tester
The interview process was great, and the company seems like a great place to work. They are very responsive, first sending an email and then calling for a live interview. Following that, there's a second interview to assess your skills.
- Can you share your knowledge of your languages?
- Could you tell us about your background?
Project Administrator
The interviewers didn't seem very engaged with me or my responses. It appeared they were just reading from a prepared list of questions and weren't very interactive. Maybe it was their first time interviewing someone? It was quite awkward overall.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
