Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SDG Group.
Intern
It was a friendly and easy interview. It was with HR and they asked me some introductory and screening questions. It was manageable and they were very nice. They asked me about my availability in Madrid.
- Tell me about your studies.
- What technologies interest you?
- What difficulties have you faced?
Intern
The interview process involved 3 rounds with HR, followed by a meeting with a project manager, and then another round with HR. Everything was conducted remotely and was very comfortable. They ensured all your concerns and interests were addressed. They reviewed my CV to confirm if I was the right fit for what they were looking for, which I thought was well done.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Intern
It started with an HR screening call where they asked me about my school background and my CV skills. Then, there was a line interview which was more technical, to confirm the skills I mentioned earlier, and the line manager was there along with HR. Finally, an executive interview where they talked about the position and the company.
- Where do you see yourself in a few years?
