Technical Behavioral

I sent my application about 3 months before hearing back for the first interview. The HR team was flexible with scheduling, and the interview was quite pleasant. Afterwards, I interviewed with a colleague from the team. This gave me a chance to learn about the project (developing dashboards in PowerBI) and the industry (consumer goods). Ultimately, we didn't find alignment on several points.

Behavioral

The first interview was with the HR Manager. It was very pleasant, they asked me why I wanted to change jobs, if I spoke English and to speak in that language for 2-3 minutes, and what my expectations were. The second interview was with the Executive Manager, also very well-disposed, where we reviewed my CV in a bit more depth, they explained the position I could apply for, what it involved, the workgroup, the company, schedules, vacations, etc. I haven't had the 3rd and final interview yet.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Do you speak English, why are you looking to change companies, what are your salary expectations, etc.
