First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SDG Group.

Very quick process. First, a simple introductory interview where I presented myself and my background, and the company was introduced. Two days later, I had the technical interview. I answered some questions, a business case, and a question in English. Finally, I spoke with the manager about my motivations for joining the company and other general questions.
- How would you write code to determine if one word is an anagram of another?
- How would you create a program to find the greatest common divisor of two numbers?
- Could you explain what a primary key is in the context of SQL?

The interview process was great and well organized. It consisted of 4 rounds, starting with an HR chat and then interviews with managers, concluding with an executive interview. Each interview happened weekly, so the whole process spanned about 4 weeks. The HR interview covered my background, salary expectations, and my understanding of the company. Following that, there were two 1-hour technical interviews that included a business case. The managers were good at managing time and questions during their interviews. The final interview with the executive focused on my background and how I could contribute to the company.
- Regarding salary, what are your expectations?
- Could you tell me about the BI tools you're familiar with and your proficiency level?
- What coding languages are you proficient in, and to what extent?

First, I had a getting-to-know-you chat with an in-house recruiter. Then, I had a technical interview with two managers where they checked my reasoning abilities and Excel knowledge. I got feedback super fast, but they wanted me to decide on their offer within 2 days.
- What's the difference between the INDEX and VLOOKUP functions in Excel?
