After applying, we'll have a quick chat with HR. Then, you'll go through some technical or role-specific interviews, and we'll give you an assessment task. The last step is a meeting with a manager. If everything looks good, we'll do reference checks and talk about the offer.

- What's your favorite restaurant in town?
Communication Specialist
I went through a structured interview process. I first applied with my CV and cover letter. Then, I had a phone call to confirm key points and discuss my motivations. After that, I had a more in-depth interview where I presented my skills and experience, and learned more about the company's expectations and the role's tasks. No practical skills tests were needed for this role. Finally, I received a job offer, and we discussed the terms like salary and hours. Once the contract was signed, I started my integration with the team. This process helped me confirm my interest and show what I could bring to the company.
- Do you have any projects planned for the next 5 years?
Software Engineer
The interview process usually started with an online coding round that tested data structures and problem-solving skills. After clearing that, there was a technical interview focusing on my projects, MERN stack knowledge, and concepts like REST APIs, JWT authentication, and database design. Finally, there was an HR round where they evaluated communication skills, confidence, and cultural fit.
- Why should we hire you?
