IT Manager
The interview process had 3 phases: HR, local manager, and the global team. The process was clear and I got continuous feedback from the process owner. They were looking for high-tech knowledge and an entrepreneurial attitude. My overall experience was good as a candidate, but the offer wasn't good enough for me to change companies.

Software Engineer
I applied through LinkedIn, and there were 4 rounds in total. First, a quick 15-minute chat with an HR partner. Then, I had an online test with multiple-choice questions covering math, programming concepts, and JavaScript. The third round was an in-person technical interview with a Lead engineer and an Accessibility Manager. Finally, the last round was a meeting with the senior leadership.

- Is it possible to check if a word is a palindrome?
Project Manager
I had a first telephone screening interview with HR (20 min). After a few days I received a case study to complete about a specific project, I had 2 days to complete it and send it back. One week later I had the interview in their offices, 1:30 interview, where we first had a conversation about the job and what was expected as key skills, very open and transparent conversation. Interview was in French because it was one of the job requirement. We then had interview with specific questions to know about previous experience, management style, key competences.

- What makes you believe you're a good fit for this role?
- Tell me about a time you were professionally successful.
Human Resources
So I had a telephone interview over Skype. They were running really late and the connection was spotty. Then I went in for two in-person interviews. They checked my English and Spanish skills. I met with two managers and one team member. We also did a role-playing exercise. We talked about salary exceptions and career development stuff.

- How do you approach X task in terms of your methodology?
- Tell me about your approach to salary exceptions.
