Behavioral Other

I applied on LinkedIn and got an email the next day to come in for an interview within two days, which felt very rushed, especially during a pandemic. The interview was with the Owner and a lead manager. They didn't ask technical questions because they seemed unaware of the role's requirements, leading to awkward moments. It felt like they were more focused on cultural fit than actual skills. Everyone was formally dressed. Despite the urgency to interview me in person, they never followed up with the outcome.

Behavioral Technical

I got a call to come in for an interview which was odd as usually you would at least speak to someone on the phone first before coming in. I felt extremely rushed during the entire process. They were not transparent about salary ranges. It seemed like they asked questions very fast and kind of a got you type of way. It lasted about five minutes and I found them to be quite condescending. I emailed 5 minutes later and told them I was no longer interested in the position. Also I learned they been trying to fill the same position for 9 months.

I applied online and then scheduled an interview. The interview was a panel with the owner, Mr. Scully, and two managers. Mr. Scully was really rude and asked some inappropriate questions. The managers were nice but didn't get much of a chance to talk because Mr. Scully kept interrupting them. The whole interview felt like a bad sign, and the other employees seemed nervous around him. I got an offer a week later, which I turned down. If you don't mind feeling on edge all day, this job might be for you. They also ask for 3 references after the interview, and they do check them.

Got an offer for an interview. After the interview, I was given a test. Then I met the manager. After that, I had a drug test and a personality test. I was then offered the job and accepted. The first week was training, and then I started working.
