My experience interviewing with this company was quite disappointing and frankly, unprofessional. The entire process took about a month, and I found myself having to follow up multiple times because I wouldn't hear back for days, even though they initially said I'd get updates the same day. After a lot of effort to get a response, they finally set up more interviews. I made it to the final round, and I thought it went really well, but in the end, I wasn't chosen for the position. I spent a significant amount of time really digging into the company's products, even studying different scrub brands and their strengths and weaknesses to figure out how to best sell to customers. It's kind of ironic that in the final interview, the senior director admitted they didn't know anything about scrubs. It's really discouraging when you're a candidate who is genuinely invested in the job and puts in the work to research the company, but you don't feel like you got a fair shot.

There were several interviews with different people on the team and with management. It felt like an endless loop. Communication was really bad. Nobody followed up, and they didn't respect my time at all. The HR person was nice and seemed excited, but they didn't have any feedback or ability to follow up. It's important to respect a candidate's time, especially after they've spoken with four different team members. Some feedback should be provided. Candidates shouldn't be left hanging.

It was basically interview questions about my background and education. It wasn't extremely formal. I had a phone interview and an Excel test. Then, I interviewed with two managers. They allowed me to ask questions at the end of the interview.

The interview was short, but the manager was really thorough and made sure I knew what the job was about. They explained the onboarding and how long the shifts could be.
