Account Manager
The interview process was really good. I felt positive vibes from the beginning to the end. I appreciated that I had the opportunity to speak with everyone, including the CEO. I'd definitely suggest applying and enjoying the experience.
- What makes you believe you'd be a good fit for this role?
Product Designer
First, a phone screening with the Hiring Manager. Then, an on-site meeting with the product team for about 2 hours. After that, a second on-site for a project day (half day). The team was really nice and made the whole thing feel fun.
- How do you feel about discarding work you've done?
Customer Success Coordinator
First, I got some prequalifying questions by email. Then, a 30-minute phone screen happened a few days later. After that, I had a two-hour in-person interview a week later which included a project part and a meet the team part. It was a really thorough process, and meeting the team made me feel way more confident about switching jobs.
- Can you share an instance where you made a mistake, explain how you rectified it, and detail what you learned from the experience?
Account Manager
First there was a questionnaire, then a 30 min phone chat, followed by a one hour in person meeting at their Grandview office. The in person part had 2 separate interviews.
- Did you have previous experience working in a startup environment?
