The interview process was pretty simple, especially compared to other interviews for similar jobs I had around that time. There were 3 parts: HR, the hiring manager, and then a panel that included the CEO. They gave me a quick and easy task to test my skills, which only took about an hour.

After a brief initial phone call, I was invited for an in-person interview. Once there, I was given a written test on basic SEM knowledge. Following that, I spoke with three team members. The interview felt a bit disjointed, with one interviewer disengaged. Afterward, I was given a tour where the tour guide highlighted the company culture, mentioning the office Xbox as an example. I never received any follow-up communication after the in-person interview.

The initial call and the online interview were pretty straightforward, and then meeting the team in person at Screen Pilot's office gave me a good idea of what they're focused on. What was weird though was after the final interview, I asked for some feedback on my copy assignment, which I did for them and got all the way to the end, but they just ghosted me. Felt kinda rude.
