It was smooth and good I got the answer in seven days. The interviewer was also supportive and helpful. There were three rounds of the interview I cleared all the three rounds and after clearing all the three rounds i got my result.
- Can you briefly introduce yourself?
District Executive
Generally, there are 3 interviews. It's really important to research and know who you're meeting with. They're keen to see how you'd interact with people since it's a very people-facing role.
- How do you manage your time efficiently?
Administrator
There were two interviews, one with the manager and another with upper management. The interviews themselves were very nice and easy, with typical interviewing questions. However, the overall process was very long and communication after the interviews was not good. You'll need to reach out for any kind of update if you want to know where they are in the process, even though they said they would keep in contact no matter the status.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Receptionist
I applied online and was contacted to come in for a face-to-face interview with three people. When I arrived, I was greeted and directed to a waiting area. Two of the interviewers were discussing their previous night out in loud voices outside their offices, which was quite unprofessional. The three interviewers eventually met me and escorted me to a conference room. During the interview, they seemed disengaged, looking away while I answered questions. After a series of standard questions, I inquired about the role and why the previous person left. The head interviewer became defensive, stating the person left for another opportunity and expressing frustration with the hiring process due to being busy. He then described the job, which sounded less involved than the online description. He mentioned they would complete the first round of interviews in about a week and then decide who to invite for a second round. Given the unprofessional conduct and low salary, I decided not to send a follow-up email. I received an email over a week later stating I was not selected for the next round.
